Your adventure begins with an early morning pick-up at 7:00 AM from your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe by your BH Rafiki Tours guide. Travel southwest to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, stopping at the Equator for photography and an engaging water experiment. Enjoy lunch en route in Mbarara before continuing through the scenic landscapes of southwestern Uganda.
Arrive in Bwindi in the evening, check in at Rushaga Gorilla Camp, and relax over dinner as you prepare for an exciting day ahead.

After breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing from the Uganda Wildlife Authority guides. Embark on an exciting trek into the rainforest in search of the rare mountain gorillas. Return to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy the Batwa Cultural Experience, where you’ll learn about the traditions, music, and survival skills of the Batwa people, the forest’s original inhabitants.
